Once you’ve chosen the right plan, you need to fill out a request form outlining your Umbraco issues. The more detail you can provide the sooner we can get to fixing it! When we’ve received this we’ll contact you and set up your Umbraco health check.
When we contact you, we’ll schedule a suitable date for your Umbraco health check.
On the date agreed we’ll then begin checking your Umbraco site, this process shouldn’t take more than two days.
After the Umbraco health check you will receive a full report explaining the issues found and what steps to take to improving your Umbraco site.
